Everything about Monsters totally explained

"Monsters!" is the first segment of the fifteenth episode from the television series The New Twilight Zone.

Synopsis

Toby and his father are monster fanatics and his room is full of monster movie memorabilia . When a new neighbor moves in, Toby goes next door to see if there are any children to play with. He meets the neighbor, Emile Bendictson, who notices Toby's monster collection through the window. In the course of the conversation he reveals that he's a vampire, but Toby doesn't believe him because it's still daylight. Toby spies on the neighbor, who lifts the front end of his car while polishing it. He gets caught by Emile and tries to protect himself with garlic and a crucifix. Emile tells him that most of what he's read about vampires aren't accurate and that he wishes to just live out the rest of his days. Later on Toby and his neighbors in a five block radius are becoming ill. After midnight Toby's parents begin to change. Emile seems to know that his end is coming, he leaves his front door open and is killed by a pack of pajama clad werewolves that enter his house.
